I always keep Steamfresh Rotini and Broccoli in the freezer for a dinner shortcut when I need a quick dinner. You can add these on the side of leftovers to refresh a leftover meal. They have broccoli in them so you are getting your veggies too. They cook quickly in the microwave and stovetop, I prefer the stovetop for a more even cook. They are inexpensive and low in fat and calories.

I am always looking for affordable and convient food items to keep at work for lunch. This fits the bill perfectly! I can keep it in the freezer and just heat it in the microwave and lunch is ready in about 5 minutes. The only thing I would change is to add a little more flavor, it seemed a little on the mild side but still good.
