Biotera Volumizing Conditioner did not add volume to my hair.  It left tangles in my hair, and made it difficult to comb out.  My hair looked worse after using Biotera Volumizing Conditioner. I used Biotera Volumizing Shampoo first, then followed with the Biotera Conditioner, I left the conditioner in then rinsed it out.  Usually my hair is shiny, soft, and silky, but flat, therefore I tried the volumizing shampoo and conditioner.  My hair not only did not have more volume, it also looked dull.  I tried the conditioner for over a week, and experimented by leaving it in for different lengths of time, I also tried using more conditioner, nothing helped, my hair was still full of tangles.  Biotera Volumizing Conditioner comes in a large bottle, but it is not a bargain since it does not do what it claims to do. The conditioner is thick and has a pleasant scent, but if you are looking for tangle-free hair that has volume, do not waste your money on Biotera Volumizing Conditioner.
