Biofreeze Review

My chiropractor first recommended Biofreeze to me when I was having some back pain.  I had never heard of it, and had thought it was like all other pain relieving cremes.  It is not!  It truly works!  And it works fast!  Within minutes I had relief from aching back muscle pain.  Also, it works great on neck pain and shoulder pain.  I had tried several over the counter cremes, such as Icy Hot and Ben Gay, and they are not comparable to Bio Freeze.  This should not be used for severe pain, but for aches and discomfort of joints and muscles.  It can be used on necks, shoulders, elbows, backs, legs and knees.  It comes in several different forms including, creme, roll on, spray and gel. I have used the roll-on on my legs and the spray works great on my back and shoulders.  The gel is also great for shoulder pain.  Very easy to apply.  It feels cold at first, then after a few minutes, the muscles relax and the pain lessens.
