Greatest Ever!!!

Bing is by far the greatest search engine ever! They reward you for searching in the form of gift cards! Bing.com/Travel is a great site for anything from vacation to work trips to simply moving. It allows you to easily find flights and costs from any city. It lets you pick the days you want to fly, and it gives you a list of all available times from different airlines and the prices of each. There is a currency converter for easy international traveling. Bing Travel is also on Twitter. This makes easier access and a way to connect with others who use the travel site. It provides great ideas on vacations and places to see, mostly for decent prices. Bing Travel on twitter has moved to msn travel, but it is still the greatest travel planning tool and experience for anyone who is considering vacationing or moving and not sure of where to go or how to go about getting there. Definitely check out all that Bing has to offer! The greatest part about Bing is that it notifies you of the best time to book a flight, or a trip and it allows the greatest flexibility in times and days. The Twitter page also gives you travel news instantly, and the best deals every day. The original site also will show the deals of that day and any news that accumulated recently.

Not the Best...

Bing Travel is a very basic site that allows you to search for hotels and flights. There is no frills with the site. Once you get to their website, enter your travel criteria and the resylts are instantly pulled. There's no pictures to add character to the site and no adds to get in your way. I find the site has prices that are comparable to most of the other sites of this nature. You can save on some of the hotels and flights, but that all depends upon where you are traveling to and from. Ease of Use There isn't an easier site out there to use. It is no frills and no hassle. Features What you see is what you get with Bing Travel. Once you enter your search details the results come up within seconds, and that is all there is to it. Customer Service I will give a 9 on customer service because I have never used their customer service department, if there is even one available. I am sure that if you book ( I hav only browsed) they have someone available to assist you with the purchase and details.

Love Bing.com Travel

I am always looking and using different travel websites as I love to travel and always am looking for a great deal. I already use Bing as a search engine and have used Bing.com Travel as well. 0 Overall The travel site makes searching for hotels and flights easy and you can always find a great price or a great deal going on. You can use this site as well as other travel sites to compare prices as well as flight times and more. It has a lot of options for flight times as well. You can search hotels as well and there is an indicator which lets you know if the special rate is just for the day or longer. The site is very easy to use. They have a lot of tips as well as articles on travel and feature vacation spots which gives you a lot of different vacation idea spots. You can also call or online chat with their customer representatives as well. I recommend this travel site, even if you do not book through it , it gives you plenty of vacation ideas.

Eliminate the middle man

I have to say although I am an avid travel fan, I wasn't impressed with the home page of Bing's Travel Site. It truly lacks the essence of the joy of travel. The home page has no pictures or destinations. It also lacks the ability to offer any initial inspiration - one of the main reasons I visit random travel sites so often. You won't see any deals or specials or any suggestions. Once you type into the search bar you will see a list of places based on your search - there will not be any pictures of properties and there will be very little available offered as a description concerning general details about each property. There will however be a link for you to navigate to TripAdviser from the site though. For me, Bing.com/Travel isn't worth the effort at all. You might as well just go to a travel site instead of navigating to one from this one. It's easier to just eliminate the middle man. They don't offer anything useful for the average avid traveler. Ease of Use There is nothing to get distracted by. There's a straight forward search bar. Customer Service Unsure, I have never used it

Just Another Search Engine

If you look up Bing.com Travel, you will find a lot of articles about how helpful of a site it is. I don't really see how! It is nothing more than a search engine since Bing has taken over Farecast. Bing and Microsoft is probably the worst things that could have happened to Farecast. There is nothing to this site now, I don't see how they can even call it a travel website. There is nothing beneficial to using it, except that it has a currency converter that can be quite helpful. Farecast.com use to be a good tool to use to make travel plans. I will use any other travel website before I would Bing, as there are a lot of features to them that Bing doesn't offer, I don't see how anyone can even call this site helpful. Ease of Use The site is tasteless and bland. There isn't a lot to it. Features There are a few features that Bing does offer, but not comparable to other travel websites you can use on the internet today. All you can do on this site now is convert your currency, check your flight plans, and visit Bing on Twitter. It's really a pretty lame site.

Good, basic travel website

If you are looking for a reliable, easy-to-use travel website, Bing.com/Travel is a great choice. The feature that I like the most about this website is how clear and user friendly it is and how easy it is to make travel reservations. I use this website to make flight arrangements. When I first visit the website, it is clear that I need to put in my travel departure location, my destination, and the dates of travel. After I enter all of this information and press "search", I am then presented with numerous flight options and can sort these options by a variety of methods (number of stops, departure time, arrival time, price, and duration). I most often sort the results by price to ensure that I am getting the best deal possible. Each search result will then link to the airline's website and you can go about booking your flight. I love having all of my options in one place, which is why I frequently use Bing.com/Travel. I find that this website meets all of my needs when it comes to scheduling my flights. I highly recommend this travel website to my family and friends.

Awful!

I don't know why everyone (myself included) hates Bing...I think it's just a matter that almost every other search site is better than Bing, including every other travel site. If you want to book a trip, Bing is not the way to do it. I'm traveling to California for a summer vacation and I attempted to look for flights and hotels through almost every travel site (I'm a college kid so saving money is a big priority), but I didn't have to stay on Bing's site for long before I decided it wasn't doing it for me. This site isn't awful, but the choices you are given aren't the best and some of them are a little bit sketchy. There are just so many better sites out there that offer a bigger variety of hotels and flights and they offer better ones at that. Features It's not that there aren't a lot of features, it's just that there are so many other websites that are so much better and have so many more, better features. Customer Service I've only talked to the customer service reps once, and when I did they were friendly but not that helpful. Overall, it's not the first travel website I would use, but if you like Bing, it might work for you.

This site has become nothing more then a search engine

3

This site used to be more helpful. Now it is basically a glorified search engine that will only give you travel related results and searches. I used to use the farecast features when planning a trip to decide when to book based on rate trends. I'm not sure if that feature is still there, but if it is, it is really buried since I could not find it the last time I was on the site. You can search for flights, but it seems as if they favor certain airlines (perhaps the airlines pay for more favorable search results). For example, I was looking for flights to Orlando and only Delta flights showed up on the search for the first three pages of the search even though there are many airlines that fly into Orlando. Some of the fares on later pages were even better then those offered on the first few pages. Also, if you pay attention, it shows that "results are powered by kayak.com" If they are using kayak, you mine as well just use kayak directly rather then a different site with limited capabilities. Ease of Use Sure, it is easy to use, but all it is offering is a basic internet search. Features Ultimately, this is a fairly basic search engine. Most of the other travel websites have a lot more features that are a lot easier to use. I do like that tehre is a currency converter right on the site, but that is only useful if you are doing something internationally.

Best search options.

When I was planning my Independence day vacation, this website was fun to use and practical. The search options simplify the entire process. There are four different bundle options.I liked being able to customize my bundle instead of the old generic hotel plus car plus flight. We were staying with relatives and had no use for a hotel. The newest bundle option is for flight and car.It narrowed our options down and supplied bigger savings. Once I hit search I had to choose my flight. The flight discounts were impressive.A 15% discount. The only thing was the lack of choices. It was pretty much all Delta airlines.I wanted US Airways or United Airlines. They tend to have better rates. I just thought, what's the point of offering discount airfare if you'll only offer the most expensive airline! It's not like we were headed to the middle of nowhere. It was Spokane. I then had to add a rental car.The options were much better.Economy to luxury.Compact to midsize and a few companies. It was the cheapest rate I found on a discount site ($35 for a midsize Toyota Corolla). Overall,I would use Bing again. It saved me probably 10% of what we would have spent.

Great travel planning site!

I first stumbled upon this website last year when I was searching for a website to use in order to book my flight to Florida. What drew me in to using this website was how neatly the webpage was laid out, and it was just so simple to navigate! Bing.com offers the cheapest prices and has a wide range of airlines and destinations to choose from. Ease of Use Like I previously stated, Bing.com is so easy to use! The webpage is organized in a simple fashion which makes it easy for users of all ages to navigate through. Features This website does not have a ton of features, but it does the job efficiently. I like how simple it is. Customer Service The customer service at Bing.com is just amazing. The representatives are so professional, and I feel like they truly care about my comfort and happiness. I emailed their customer service last year to ask them a question about a flight I booked, and they got back to me within only fifteen minutes. I could not ask for a faster response.
