The Bilibo is a rediculously simple idea for a toy, but one my children simply adore.  It looks sort of like Darth Vader's helmet if done in plastic then microwaved for a while, with two holes set like eye holes.  The construction is a single unit of heavy duty plastic, with no sharp edges or corners.  Children can sit in it, spin it, scoot it, put two together to make circles, stand on it, wear it or just about anything their minds can conceive of.  My elder daughter has even played her magnetic fishing game in it.  We received our first one from a family friend for a birthday, but after the kids kept fighting over it we got a second, and have given one each to our two nieces and nephew.  All have been uniformally delighted.  I must admit I was really skepitical at first about spending $25-$30 for this, but given how much all the children seem to enjoy it, I'm sold on it now.  The appropriate ages seem to be about 2to 7 or so.
