Big Lots —
We recently went to Big lots to buy a mattress that they had advertised. Buy the mattress get the box springs for $10. Well off course they didn't have the size we were looking for in stock. They were very willing to order for us and said that they had a shipment coming in in two days. No problem. We paid for them and called back in two days. Well the manager told us that they should have said it could take up to two weeks and that they were really only a test store for this item. Wasn't thrilled with all of that. He did end up promising that they would have them in one week. Had it not been for the fact that we were really in need of a new mattress and it was such an incredible price we probably would have gone in and asked for the money back and gone somewhere else.
