Big Green Egg large egg Review

These are wonderful grills. They cook everything to perfection! We have not cooked anything on this grill in the past two years since we bought it that has come out bad. Everything is juicy, has a smoky flavor and is easy to cook. We have cook everything from meat to brownies on here and I have no complaints.

This is the most versatile grill that I have ever seen. You can grill, smoke, bake, etc. Anything that you can do inside on the stove or oven you can do on the Big Green Egg. Some of my favorites are Chili, pancakes, quesadillas and of course boston butt and brisket.

I would recommend this grill to anyone who loves to cook. There are also great resources for learning to cook on the Egg. The Big Green Egg forum has many recipes and Eggheads who are willing to help you make the most of this amazing product. The Big Green Egg stores are also wonderful. They are willing to help you with any questions that you have. And if you have not heard of Eggfest you should find one now close to you. They are so much fun!!!
