This site says your games are free Well you pay 9.95 at month and they give you a game to download thats true and tell you its yours to keep forever. NOT! If you stop paying 9.95 a month you CANNOT access the games you got free or that you paid for!!  So its not free. so if 120.00 a year to play games is ok with you then go ahead But not me for 40 a year i have access to pogo.com (club pogo) and the games are free to play all day if you want and you can try other games free for 1 hour or purchase and those are yours forever you get a code so if you need to download it again for some reason you CAN I had to cancell by phone because unlike pogo YOU CANT DONT IT ONLINE

Two more things. Big Fish lets you download and try games for FREE which is great. I hate buying something that ends up boring me. Also, before I found Big Fish online, I bout a few of their games at Target - for 19.99 plus tax each!

Not true, Agatha. The games you buy are accessible forever. I cancelled for a while and had deleted a few games I had bought. I changed my mind about the deletions and was able to sign in to my (cancelled) account and re-download them!

I rejoined a couple of months ago. All but one of the games performed beautifully. One game stopped loading. Customer service was quick to respond, which is refreshing these days. The rep emailed me links for updating my drivers and when that didn't work, she promptly gave me a coupon for full cost of a new game.

I love Pogo, too, but Big Fish games can't be compared to Club Pogo.

If you feel like buying only one game, you can just buy it for $9.99. (down from 19.99.) Or you can get games for less if you commit a minimum number of games.

what is the phone number to cancel?

No, that's not true! The games I paid for I can still play. In fact, I've canceled my membership and resubscribed several times, and at no point was I not able to play a game I already bought. And even if you cancel, if you have an unused credit, it's still there to use!

But is it true that once you cancel your membership, you can't access the games you paid for?

I have been with bigfish for over 2 years you only pay $6.95 a month for the yearly subscription you get a game free for every month and the trial games are free for one hour. I have never had any problems with bigfish and ts easy to cancel online if you need to. They are number one for me
