Wings cooked three times - smoked one of those times.

2008
    Big D's on Highway 17 between Palatka and Green Cove Springs, at the intersection of Highway 17 and West River Road, has a great menu. They offer all types of bar-be-que dishes of pork and chicken, plus, homemade sides like freshly made coleslaw and jambalaya. Prices are a bit above competitors like Sonny's, but the atmosphere is rather nice, and the wait staff is very friendly. Watch for passing trains to stop and engineers to trot across the highway for their take-outs.
