WOW... a must have staple in every pantry!

This salsa is not only good plain!  Add cream cheese and you have a perfect appetizer.  I always have 2-3 jars on hand in my pantry.  Its a good healthy snack for the kids.  Perfect for the unexpected guest.  BEST of all ... just pour a jar on top of chicken breast.. cook at 375 and presto..instant dinner!  With having 4 kids and needing to be at sports/practices... Im always looking for something good/healty/quick for dinner.  I do not have time (w/ a 2yr old tugging at my leg) to sit in the kitchen prepairing a homecooked meal... but I do not like opening a box of frozen dinner to feed... read full review »
