DON''T TRUST BIDSAUCE!

1

From July 2010 to August 2010 I won $1250 in gift cards and paid $120.51 for postage yet NEVER received anything. Phone calls and emails with customer service - promises to send, many excuses, apologies for the delay, etc. but NO gift cards or refund of my money.

Criminals & Frauds

1

Like the others on here, Bidsauce has completely defrauded me (out of $375) of money I spent to win 4 different items. It's been well over a year now and nothing. Every time I have called or placed help tickets, they completely LIE with their reponse. They are very criminal in how they do business. If they are still in Utah (or whichever state they reside), the State Attorney General should be ashamed for allowing them to continue doing business and stealing from people.

If they had negative stars it would be more accurate

Waiting one full year for gift cards won in Sept 2010. Even recent wins are now taking 3 months or more to get- IF you are lucky and spend way more time than you should begging for what is owed you. Stay away unless you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet!

Congrats, you won! ... but there is no prize...

1

Did you win a prize on Bidsauce.com? Congratulations! Now, good luck in ever receiving that prize. My first time out, I won a $75 gift card. Twelve week later they were still promising to send it to me. The end of my story is that I'm out $150 dollars and never received the gift card I won. This site is based on a scam. I've been quite unhappyt with myself for wasting money on such a fraud. Save your money and just go buy the things you want.

Shipping has gotten better....

2

In the long run you're better off buying the merchandise. . It's now Halloween & I've quit this site. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Because their shipping was taking over 2 months! I got all my winnings finally, & will never bid on this site again! So don't use this site unless you don't mind waiting months for your winnings! Plus even though they claim they don't, & I don't have hardly any proof , It's my opinion that they use shill bidders to drive up the bids on items. If you've got a few hours to spare watch the bidding, some bidders bid on numerous items many times, at the same time & don't win or win something they couldn't get the bid high enough, then disappear & a new name does the same. So beware. My great opinion of this site in the beginning has turned into a very poor one. F rating from Better Business Bureau as of 11/05/10!

RIP OFF

1

won two gift cards back on September 14,2010 (order # 63202) and still have not received them. Customer service is a joke. Testimonial site is a joke. Talking with a supervisor is a joke. In other words this whole company is a joke. Save your money....

Where's my winning bid?"

1

This is a terrible site.  I won my bid on September 12, 2010.  It is now January 20, 2011 and I still have not received my item.  I wrote an email in November asking where it was and was advised they are just running behind.  I called this week and again asked where my item was.  I was informed this time they have been having trouble with the company that took the payments and they cannot tell me when I will be getting it.  I asked if I could have a refund and was advised no.  If I were you, I would stay away from this company.  It appears just to be a rip off.

My dad told me about bidsauce.com. I was talking to him on the phone and he told me of a bid web site that cost a penney. I went to it. It said if you sign up they will give you 50 free bids. It asked for your charge card to get the free 50 bids. I didn't know that it was a scam. I  started to bid. In a short time it told me that my bids were up. It said I would have to purchase more bids. I talked to a person live on their site. He said bids cost $1.00 each. I said I will stick to ebay. I since found out that they charged me $149.95 on my charged card. I have to dispute it with my charge. If they can't help I will Write the Better Business Bureau of Utah on line. I have since found out that my charge card company said that they have to side with the merchant. They said it was because of theBidsauce.com terms and conditions. They told me to put a complaint in to the Federal Trade Commission. The web site is ftc.gov. The phone # is 1-877-382-4357. They said they can be of more help then the Better Business Bureau.

BidSauce is a bidding SCAM

1

I decided to try an online bidding site back on October 9th, 2010. I just happened to choose Bidsauce, it offered free bids to try out the site, There was a lengthy sign-up process. After each pase you were propmpted to click to the next screen. After what seemed liked 9 or 10 screens of information I was prompted to hit submit. Behold I was finally in and could bid. When I began to look around and explore the screen I noticed I had 250 bids, wow I thought some trial. I eventually won three items and went to check out. First thing I had to do was validate my winnings. I did that and finally got to check out to see a fee for $149.00 for joining, I immediatelly when back to the sign up screen and could not find any mention of a membership fee, that is until I scrolled all the way to the bottom of the screen and there it was. Mind you I was instructed to click enter before I got to this part of the screen and the fee was never mentioned. Ok I got snookered on that because while extremely deceptive it is there or was when I went back.Ok so I had won three gifts that totalled close to what I spent so I would a least break even. While not thrilled I could live with my sad state. That was three months ago and what is shady and just plain stealing is to allegedly sell you something at a discounted price plus whatever you paid for bids and then not deliver anything to you. i have contacted customer support and got the same old story so many others have gotten "our orders are backed up three to four months due to orders. They told me I would receive an email once my order shipped and you guessed it no email yet. Business must really be bad, they have stopped testimonials and deleted all negative comments. I know because I left several and now they are gone. If you look you will only see positive comments. Here is the **Ironic** part, they keep sending me emails asking me to refer a friend or participate in specials. Right now I am weighing my options as to what to do next. **BEWARE BIDSAUCE!!!**.

Expensive, frustrating, inflated charges, no prizes if you win

1

Warning, this is an expensive game and there is little chance of winning.  Each bid costs $1, you pay the cost of the winning bid, an inflated shipping and handling charge ($7.29 for a gift card) and you may not even get the prize-at least I haven't.  There is little customer service if you need help and there is a chorus of "no refund policy".  I fail to see how me getting charged immediately for the prize I finally won after much money spent for bids, falls under a no refund policy.  Its been 3 months and I know a gift card doesn't cost $7.29 to mail and doesn't take 3 months to arrive.  The post office may not be perfect, but....  This is a scam, do not go here.  I can't be sure what they are doing, but they are running some scam.  They make $1 for every "penny" bid you make.  If they get $1.50 for a $50 card, they make $150 + 7.29 shipping + 1.50 for the winning bid = $158.79.  And it is not fair.  You must buy bids in bulk and there are always bidders who seem to have no end to the number of bids they own (company supported?).  Stay away.  I am disputing with my credit card, this is a scam, and not customer service.
