Being from the Northwest, I am really into my coffee.  I love this item.  I get a double shot short,  extra hot, nonfat latte with some foam each & every time.  It is easy to prepare, always delicious and clean up is easy.  I buy my coffee at the roasters where it is roasted fresh several times a week.  I can hardly wait to get up in the morning to fire up this bad boy.  If you love a latte and and like to stay out of the rain in the morning, get this for yourself a.s.a.p.
