How did I live before my Bialetti?! I love this thing! It's simple, easy to use, and fast. The replacement gaskets are easy to find and cheap. I've had mine for over a year and only had to replace the seal/gasket once. I bought 3 seals at my local grocery for about a dollar. The rest of the pot is stainless steel, and will last forever.
