There is nothing in the world like Tuna Helper... unless you count Hamburger Helper!  Tuna helper is the best way to get your dose of protein filled tuna.

What is it?
Tuna helper comes in various varieties but what it all comes down to is different kinds of tuna noodle casserole.  The product comes with dry noodles, sauce, sometimes even toppings.  You just add tuna, milk and butter to most varieties to make a yummy casserole.

How easy is it?
It can be easy or REAL easy depending how you make it.  One way is on the stove top which is easy but takes more of your time as you have to stir in ingredients...

Tuna Helper is one of the best creations ever!  I can have dinner done in about 20 minutes, and even my 14 year old daughter can make it.  Hanburger Helper is awasome also, but you have to brown the hamburger.  Tuna comes in a can!  My favorite flavor is the creamy pasta.  It is very inexpensive, less than $5 for a whole meal that will feed at least 3!  I add an extra half cup of water when making mine, then when it is almost finished, stir in a half cup of instand white rice.  It makes it last a little longer, and we are really full after eating!
