love quick & easy recipes, value conscious, willing to pay for quality, home baker, food lover, slightly impatient, a busy person

OK, it's Christmas time and I am in a pinch. I thought I had two weeks until Christmas and boy, oh heck, darn it all and OH POOP...it's a week away...I normally make goodie bags for my co-workers with all homemade items but so far i have the homemade candy done and and a few other goodies, but not enough (I like to pack these goodie bags)..I don't have the time this year, but I still want to give some good treats and I am getting a little help from Betty Crocker with her Lemon Bars with Sunkist lemon. When you NEED that taste of Lemon

Okay, you have a craving for something with lemon.....lemonade just isn't going to do it. But, if you have a box of the Lemon Bar mix in your cupboard, you're all set. These are so easy to make, makes it look like you spent hours doing it & they are so Delicious. If you like Lemon pie, you will love these lemon bars. One bad thing about them....they don't hang around long. Seems like once anyone finds you have them on hand, they're gone.
