Betty Crocker Cookbook: Everything You Need to Know to Cook Today Books —
I was given a version of this Better Homes & Garden cookbook 33 years ago for a wedding giftOver the years it has been well used. The pages are stained but the book has held together pretty good. The recipes out of the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook are simple and easy enough for anyone to understand and the most important thing is it calls for ingredients that is in every kitchen. You don't have to run the grocery store to buy specialty ingredients. The recipes in the Better Home & Garden cookbook are delicious and the portion are exceptable with the break down of nutrition. I have given Better Homes & Garden cookbook as a wedding gift to many newlyweds.
