Betty Crocker Cookbook: Everything You Need to Know to Cook Today Books Review

The Betty Crocker Cookbook: Everything You Need to Know to Cook Today is an excellent recipe book for cooks and bakers with all levels of expertise.  This recipe books contains recipes that are family friendly, romantic, and fun.  I have found many recipes that my grandma uses from the old red and white plaid cookbook.  I have used many of these recipes, for both simple dinners with my husband and more formal meals when entertaining friends and family. The roasted chicken recipe is wondrful, and the tips for how to make the perfect cake (and diagnose what you did wrong) is quite helpful.

I use this cookbook almost every week!  It is permanently in my kitchen, and open.
