A few months ago, my Hoover vacuum conked out on me.  With two young children, a dog and a cat, this was a true emergency!  My husband and I had heard many good things about Dyson Vacuums but we also knew they were quite expensive.  With Christmas just around the corner, it was necessary to find a great deal.  After doing some research, we decided that we wanted to purchase the Dyson DC 07. We searched several brick-and-mortar stores and were shocked at the high prices.  I decided to do an online price comparison search and I found the very best deal at Best Vacuum.com.

According to the website, The Best Vacuum store originally opened in 1983 in Chicago.  By 1995, the store became quite popular and the owner decided to take the leap into the Internet age and opened a web store.  Originally, the store only sold Miele vacuums and Austin Air Purifiers.  Today they offer a large selection of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and other indoor comfort products.  Their goal is to provide high quality, outstanding performance, and excellent value.

My Experience

When I stumbled across Best Vacuum.com, I have to admit that I was a little leery about purchasing a high-ticket item over the internet and from a company that I never heard of.  I took a chance because the website stated they were a member of the Better Business Bureau Reliability Program.  They had the exact vacuum that we were looking for and since it was brand new, it came with a 5-year Dyson warranty.  There were no shipping costs since the purchase was over $60 and there was no tax.  $334.99 was the price of the vacuum and that is the total amount we paid.  Since our order was in before 2pm CST, our item was shipped the same day.  If after the 2pm deadline, the item would have shipped the next day.  All I had to do to order was fill in a few details and pay with my credit card.  Within about four days, my vacuum arrived.  It was shipped in original Dyson packaging and all paperwork was included.  The vacuum itself was in perfect condition and works wonderfully.  I am fully satisfied with this website.

Best Vacuum.com was not only a breeze to order from but I received a great product at a great price.  I fully recommend this website and I will definitely use it again for future purchases.  I am giving Best Vacuum.com a well-deserved 5 star rating.
