Best Western Hangzhou - Hangzhou, China Review

I spent one night in the advertised 4 star hotel in Hangzhou.

The room was not bad and the hotel in general was quite nice. They claim that they have 4 stars, but I would expect a little more for 4 stars. The room was large and quiet since it was an executive on 8th floor. The amenities were plenty and they even had a computer for free use in the room. They also had free coffee and tea in the room, but they only gave one small bag of coffee so if you want more than one cup then you have to contact them I guess.

The breakfast was not up to 4 star standards. The staff making omelet's were ignoring customers and the quality of the food was just not good enough. The bacon and sausages cannot be served cold!!!

The decoration was very poor and who shows xmas deco in February?

When I return I will give them one more chance and see if the first time was just a mistake!
