Best Friend's Animal Society Crinkle Cat Balls Review Summary

Cats love Best Friend's Animal Society Crinkle Cat Balls, say our feline loving reviewers. These brightly colored crinkle balls provide hours of fun for curious cats. Our reviewers like that they are inexpensive and the money goes to a good cause - The Best Friend's Animal Society. The only caveat, say our concerned reviewers, is that little pieces of the ball could come off and be swallowed by a cat so be sure to check on your cat as he or she is playing to be sure that doesn't happen. Otherwise, these simple balls are a cat's delight. We have reviews of many cat toys for you to discover and read about.

When my cat lost her favorite toy somewhere in the house she sulked. This is the only cat I have ever had who only wanted to play at night, and preferred other toys to me (?!) Time and again I would buy toys to have them ignored. When Best Frinds Animal Society sent a catalog with their newsletter I... read full review »

Over my lifetime, I've always had a multi-cat household and am use to all types of personalities and natures of my fur kids. A good share of which have been "chewers" who love to chew on a variety of things. One especially loved plastic, foil, and string... and would eat it if allowed to!  This is... read full review »

One of my cats loves these -- we have three. He loves it when you throw it at him: he bats it back. He's a larger cat so he mostly plays lying down, bet he can go for quite a while. Occassionally, he'll catch it and start biting and thumping it. With this comes the infectious crinkling noise. Then he'll start going nuts! Attacking, thumping, kicking, batting, chasing, etc. The sounds really get him worked up and he has a great time.

My other cats will occationally chase these up and down the stairs. But they have other balls the prefer. Well, cat's can be that way!

We bought 2 of these for our 4 cats.  One of them loved it so much that when we had to let him go due to cancer, we had him laid to rest with one of the balls.  The other cats love to bat it around and run with it in their mouths.  If you squeeze it tight it will make noise that cats love as it returns to its shape.  Just be cautious of the overzealous kitty that bites off a chunk of the foil.  If swallowed it can cause some serious damage.  I used to work at a vets office as a tech and saw one cat that needed surgery from one of these.  Use under supervision, please!

These are great toys for cats. They love to bat these crinkly balls around and seem to love the sound they make. They come in assorted colors and will always please your cat no matter.

They only downside is that they tend to get lost easily under things if your cat gets extra excited and bats them around a ton.

Other than that I would get plenty of these to have around to keep your cat entertained. They're a fun toy for cats.

I have adult cats and kittens and have bought these for both, and have bought both the smaller ones and the larger ones. The adult cats didn't seem to care for them much, and never really played with them. When we fostered the kittens I decided to try and buy the little ones to give them something to play with, their fairly inexpensive so not much lost if they did not like them. Once they discovered them, they just loved them. They will bat them all around the room and chase them, and they will run around the house with them in their mouths. I have noticed that occasionally small pieces seem to... read full review »

I happen to have a friend who brought this kind of balls into my house so i asked him where did you get these balls from?? He replied from the store..and i said man i love these colors on it they should be easy for the cats to find it and play with them..Well in no time my cat surely started running thru the house with this ball and enjoying hisself.. i found the ball inside his food dish! I love these balls and they are very good for my cat to play with and  gentle for him to hold in his mouth!

My cats love these crinkle balls!  They all go crazy over them.  I have to say they are most popular with my kitten, but once the cats hear the noice they all will chase them.  I like them becuase they are inexpensive and do not make a mess.  The only down side is that my cats manage to get them stuck everywhere.  Under the couch, under the stove, basically anywhere they can fit.  Overall, my cats love them and thats the important part.

All of my cats--my own and rescues included--love these crinkle balls.  Even the fat cats get their exercise because they love to play with them.  Others will even catch them and run around the house growling as if they've caught a mouse!  These are great, inexpensive ways to keep them entertained for hours.  They do get caught under sofas, etc, so every so often we need to move the furniture and the cats think they've found the motherlode!

BFAS crinkle cat balls is a very inexpensive cat toy. They do get lost easily depending on what kind of furnitures you have around the home. But they are easily found, because they are about a little larger than a golfball. My cats love them and swat and chase them around the house non-stop and are not extremely noisy toys. The material is durable and they also come in all kinds of different shapes in sizes, where you can find them at other stores.

These little toys are terrific, but we take them away at night - otherwise we hear crinkling all night long. My cat loves the bright colors and when we throw them they "bounce" in unexpected directions to keep her on her toes.  We have one that plays fetch, so we love that this is easy to find so it doesn't turn into a game of human fetch.  Sprinkle a little cat nip onto then for a little extra fun!

When my kitten first got the plastic bag noisemaker she consistently played with it. I began to grow concerned when i noticed little pieces of the plastic had been chewed off the ball. For the next 3 days she had trouble going to the bathroom. So maybe she got plastic blocking her airway. I threw the ball away and since then she has been going to the bathroom fine. I wouldn't reccommend this toy for a kitten.

My cat loves this toy!
He is not a very playful guy, being 10 years old but since I bought this toy, he has really changed. I will catch him playfully batting this toy around at least once a day, a big change for a confirmed champion sleeper. This is the one toy that I can crinkle and wake him from a dead sleep to play. He gets more exercise now and I get more quality time with my kitty.

My cat goes insane with this product.  He collects all of them and "Hides" them for us to throw for later.  This game never gets old to him and never to my children.  He plays all night and sleeps untill all the kids get home from school.  Then he fetches them and brings them back just like a dog would do.  He also begs for them.
