I've used this model at the gym and it offers a great workout that is low impact on your knees. This is much preferred over running on a treadmill, which gives a hard surface. And forget the elliptical, as those a pretty much pointless. The stationary bike offers many of the benefits of riding an actual bicycle outside, though doesn't give quite the workout a regular bike does, it still provides a good sweat and the perfect way to get a good exercise indoors. On this bike, the seat doesn't adjust down a great deal, so people who are short might have some issues with it. It is also a simple design with no screen or any gadgets like that, but most people listen to music anyway and don't need that. It isn't huge either so it could fit in many spaces. It is very sturdy as well which offers a comfortable ride, not having to worry about it shaking from side to side at all.
