    Friendly, Good Service, Great on-line shopping, return policy is good, Actually Listened, good selection, Store Pick- Up Option, Intuitive Layout

Bestbuy has an excellent customer service, but must times there items are overpriced considering that web based compaines have the same items for as much as $500 cheaper, but when compared to CircuitCity they are better with price especially during sale times.
