Berlin is awesome. You have tons of museums, the Spree, tons of clubs & bars, tons of restaurants. Berlin is not very kid-friendly, however. The inhabitants of Berlin are mostly single and childless. Pretty much everyone speaks English. Clubs stay open to 10am or later/ earlier. What more could you want?? Berlin is a culturally rich yet also very hip city. It's true that it can be a little expensive when you realize you are spending about $4 on a glass of soda. I stayed here for 2 months and never wanted to leave!!
