These pots & pans are great! For quite some time, I was looking for a non-stick set that didn't contain all of the usual chemicals and coatings and were more natural. These fit the bill perfectly, so I bought them. I was also looking for a set that I could use on the stovetop and also in the oven & these meet that need as well. Nothing sticks to them, they look nice and have held up nicely. I've had my set for over a year and haven't had any problems! Doesn't Stick Nothing sticks! Heat Distribution I guess that depends on your stovetop too, but this set does a great job. Ease of Handling Lightweight, not the super heavy hard anodized (sp?) kind. Ease of Cleaning wipe down with a little soap & water and you're good to go. Design They look nice - don't look high end like their relatives, but they do the trick. Durability Had them over a year and they've held up well.
