Great product for constipation

Benefiber Fiber Supplement Powder — 

 This product is good if you don't mind your food or drink being gritty or you could wait 5 minutes to let it desolve. Once it desolves it is undetectable. I have been struggling all of my life to keep regular. I have tried so many different products that I was unhappy with. So I decided to give it a try. Unlike other products it doesn't give you gas. For me it seems to be the most convenient and effective on the market.
