Benefiber Fiber Supplement Powder — 

Benefiber is great.  It is has absolutely no taste and dissolves easily in pasta sauce, drinks, etc.  If you don't know it is there, you will not be able to tell in any way.  My husband swears by it - what a great, easy way to get your fiber without all the hassle!
