Benefiber Fiber Supplement Powder —

For many of us, it can be a challenge to get enough fiber in our diets on a regular basis.  I generally try to get my fiber requirements from whole grain cereals, Fiber One bars, bananas, broccoli and beans, but some weeks I just don't get enough in my meals.  That's when I turn to fiber supplements.  In the past, I've tried products like Citrucel, but I found them to be so thick and gritty that I literally couldn't swallow the solution.  Recently, I received a sample of Benefiber Fiber Supplement, and I was pleased to find that it is such an effortless way to add fiber to my daily meals.

Benefiber is a non-thickening powder that dissolved into my cup of coffee without a trace.  It's sugar-free and taste-free, and I could not taste any difference between the fiber-enhanced cup of coffee and the 2nd cup that didn't have any powder stirred in.  My coffee was as smooth as usual, and I didn't notice any grit or aftertaste.

A spoonful of Benefiber can be added to a glass of water, and it can be used in any hot or cold un-carbonated beverage or soft food.   True, you're not going to be able to add it to a can of Diet Coke or a glass of champagne, but pretty much any cup of tea or coffee, milk, juice, yogurt, applesauce, soup, mashed potatoes, or smoothie would benefit from a heaping helping of Benefiber.

Benefiber Fiber Supplement contains 3 grams of dietary fiber and 15 calories per serving.  This is the first time I have ever wanted to purchase something completely clear, tasteless and sugar free.   In this situation, those qualities are high praise. If you have to take fiber supplements, Benefiber is the way to go.

The Dr. Max Powers "15 Day Cleanse" is the best fiber supplement on the market. It's easy on the stomach and performs as consistent as Old Faithful. All other brands I've tried give me terrible abdominal cramps and produce inconsistent results. Its very soluble. The Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse, in conjunction with regular multi vitamins, have turned my acid reflux and various digestive issues around. I have been using this product for years. If you have bad digestion for any reason this will aid in elimination. I highly recommend them. I found them at drmaxpowers.com

i thought it was just for men who work out, but its not! Im a skinny girl in my 30s!

I've been so curious about this. I try so hard to get fiber into my diet and some days, it's almost impossible. I think that I'm going to give it a try. Nice review-

The more reviews, the merrier. I always like to read about what others think about a product I've reviewed. :)

You wrote a really good helpful review. I love this product. No bulky texture. Hope you don't mind but I might write about this too.

Definitely worth a try. I use it too. Doesn't have any weird texture either. It really works.

I use this too. It's great that it has no taste or anything. I wish I could get my husband to use it. There is no reason not to!
