    really keeps you regular, no odor, works quite fast, no flavor, dissolves in foods and drinks, completely undetectable, no grit

Benefiber Fiber Supplement Powder — 

I have had irritable bowel syndrome for 15 years.  I have tried over the counter meds, all sorts of fibers, and even prescription and nothing has worked.  I heard about benefiber and tried it.  Within a day I noticed I felt better.  I didn't think much about it til I ran out of benefiber and wasn't able to get to the store for a couple days.  The IBS acted up immediately.  I bought more benefiber and within a couple days I was feeling much better.
