This skin cream is one of the best on the market. Fist off, the packaging is very attractive, and for the price, there is plenty of product, making it a good deal. The product itself isn't oily at all and goes onto skin like butter. This cream locks in skin's natural moisture, and relieves dry skin without creating excess oil. This is a product ideal for all skin types. Absorption This cream goes onto skin like butter and is absorbed in a matter of seconds. Skin drinks this product up like water and does a phenomenal job moisturizing and treating all skin types. Doesn't Clog Pores This light weight formula hydrates dry skin without clogging pores at all. It wouldn't cause any production of excess sebum for people with oily skin, and there won't be any breakouts either. I've never experienced any clogged pores or breakouts when using this product. Effectiveness This face cream dramatically transforms dry, flaking skin to a baby soft complexion. It doesn't make oily skin greasy or cause any excess sebum production. This is a very light weight balancing face cream perfect for all skin types. I have combination skin, and I am in love with this product.

I was really excited to try Benefit's "It's Potent! Eye Cream" because as of late, I have had some bags under my eye (could be because of the lack of sleep I get - college kid over here!). However, after 7 days of use, I haven't really seen any changes. First off, I decided to give this product a 7 because not only did I not see an improvement, but it's also quite expensive as the bottle the cream comes in is tiny. Moreover, I thought the area where I was applying the cream was starting to look a bit dry. Which is weird because I moisturize my face twice a day. The cream itself is non-greasy and I think it goes a long way since you only have to use a bit each day, depending how many times you apply it (my sister applies it morning and night). It absorbs well into the skin and it has a nice (but soft) fragrance to it. Tip: You also have to be careful not to apply the cream too close to your eyes because I did this once and it burned, ouch. Not a good feeling.

Benefit it's potent eye cream is wonderful. I have never bought a product from Benefit that I have not liked. This eye cream is ultra hydrating and invigorating. I love the scent of the eye cream. It smells sweet. I also adore the packaging this product comes in. This is one of those products that I like to leave on my bathroom countertop because it's just so cute! I use this eye cream every night before bed and I am completely satisfied with this product. It keeps my skin soft and subtle. I like everything about this product but the price. It is rather expensive, but it's definitely worth the cost and if you use it every day it's worth every penny. I will definitely buy this product again. I wish that the container was larger so it would last longer! Absorption This product never left my face feeling sticky or gross. Effectiveness A very effective product. I could notice that this eye cream kept my eye area firm and line free! I also feel that it helped with my dark circles!

I was so excited to start using this eye cream. Benefit is my makeup brand of choice and I will try anything of theirs. I should have stayed away from the product though. I don't have sensitive skin and have never had problems using anti aging products before, but I had a lot of issues with this one. I put some around my eyes right before I went to bed and woke up the next morning with my eyes swollen shut. I had a friend take a picture of my eyes so I could look at it better later and I had a red rash and tons of swelling. Finially after a couple days of staying home trying to let my eyes heal I decided to try the product on a small area of skin. Sure enough I woke up with a rash on my wrist. I think this would be a great product for someone who has the skin to handle it, but when it says "It's Potent" I guess it really means it. My suggestion would be to try it on a spot on skin in the store and if you don't have a reaction then come back and buy it. Fortunately the store took it back but if you have anywhere to be the next day I would make sure to try it anywhere else but on your face.
