Almost always helps with really bad sinus and allergy problems.

    some relief, no doc visit, Worked well for symptoms, no nausea, quick and fast acting, stops eyes from itching

This is usually just what I need in the spring.  With my allergies and without meds, I'm really sick all through april and may.  Benadryl really helps. It can make you slightly tired, but that is also helpful because it's hard to sleep with allergies.
