It works great and i use it all the time. This is my favorite allergy med. Causes slight drowsiness but not much. My syptomes are relivieved fast and im still able to function no groggy feelings to slow me down and living with four dogs and five cats im always chasing something around the house. I also use it to help with my seasonal allergy issues, such as bug bites and rashes due to enviromental issues. I love this product,
