Benedryl helps...IF YOU WANT TO GO TO SLEEP!!! I do not take this if I need to stay awake for anything. IF and only IF I take this, I have to take it at night. There are better things on the market for allergies and sinus congestion. I dont think it even works well. The only thing that Benedryl is good for is by IV form to help with allergies in the hospital. I would definatley NOT recommend this unless you are trying to sleep and are in the hospital.
