My sinuses were congested, eyes itchy and runny. I have taken this for years when these symptoms surface. It works quickly to relieve these symptoms. As a person who suffers from Sleep Apnia, having to try to use the machine with a stuffed up nose is almost an impossibility. Benadryl lets me get the sleep I need.
