Benadryl works great for me when I take it. I cannot take it during the day unless I am staying home at it will knock me out. At least I can get some sleep using it. I dont buy it very often cause of the price. I will pick something else if needed. I have always been happy with it though. It does do wonders. I sometimes will take it when I start to have an allergic reaction to something and it will usually help with that too.
