I am utterly in love with these pills. They make everything better. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and that's good because they're very easy to find and relatively cheap. Just know that Benadryl does not make a non-drowsy version, so it WILL make you very tired. And the only other negative I can think of is that it takes over a half hour to kick in. But I think it's worth it.
