I have FastAcess Xtreme package through Bellsouth, now AT&T, and I am completely happy with the service. I signed up in 2001 and have only had two issues, in which the customer service was outstanding. They said that someone would arrive at my home within 48 bus. hours - the first time it was that afternoon, the second time it was the very next morning.
The only downside is... Anytime I call customer service, you have to go through so many steps and procedures ie. customer service reps, troubleshooting, etc. I am very tech savvy and can usually tell them what the problem is, but you have to follow the protocol.
Plus, you can "bundle" other services with your internet and phone service, which I think is great!!
