Bellsouth — 

Because I work from home and my company pays for my ISP, I am relegated to dealing with Bellsouth...or my.att.com as they are calling themselves this week. From time to time, they make changes and sometimes don't let customers know (IE: changing from bellsouth.net to att.net.) When I have called with problems or issues I am usually transferred to someone in India. These folks, while polite, are often hard to understand and have a hard time understanding me (Maybe it's the Southern accent...I don't know...) We usually work through the problem, but sometimes I feel like I am being told how to make a clock when I am just asking for the time. Things that should be easy to solve in a short amount of time take way longer than I would expect, especially when I have to go through numerous voice prompts and get put on hold frequently after actually reaching a real person.
