Very disappointed
First, of all I wanted to say that it worked really great for about a week. I was very happy with it. Then, it all of a sudden stopped working. The water stopped heating up. In addition, the coffee flavor itself became more of a water taste, became very weak, it tasted more watery than coffee tasting. I was willing to just heat the coffee up in the microwave, but that coffee itself was very watery tasting. When I did contact the customer support phone number, I was informed that the company was aware that some of the products could be faulty. The only solution that was presented as the project is less than 3 months old, to return it to the place of purchase. If I can find the proof of purchase I will do that, but I will not buy any other coffee maker products from Bella.
