I recently purchased the Belkin Laptop cooling pad on sale at Best Buy for $19.00 but even at the regular price of $32.99 it would have been well worth the price.

I used to have to put something under the bottom of my laptop to keep it from overheating and freezing up. I had to keep something on hand to fan the bottom to cool it down because it either burnt my legs of if I had it on a table there was not enough room under it to circulate enough air to keep it from overheating. I was constantly freezing up in the middle of what ever I was doing.

I bought this Belkin cooling pad because my other one was going bad and very noisy. This belkin is very quiet and works great. My computer is on constantly, for at least 12-18 hours a day(used for business also) and over heats. This keeps it cool and my computer can stay on. It is very quiet, you almost think it is not on. Also you do not need a plug in for electricity. Just plug it into the computer and you are ready to go. Great. The only drawback is the little wire used to plug into the computer goes under the pad so it is a little rocky. But really not that noticable. All in all it is a great...

The belkin coolpad is very good, and my computer has little or no heat near the cpu. It is good and has a pretty slick design. I would recommend it to anyone out there because it is pretty cheap compared to the product. If there is one con aspect, it is that the leg stand often closes and when I reached for it, I got a cut. I asked the belkin company about it, but you know they really didn't care what I was saying. Anyways, bottom line is that I would recommend it because it is cheap and not that bad, but remember that there are some con aspects to it.
