When we fist started talking about getting a wireless router, I knew nothing at all about them. Of all the places to learn about electronics, I went to ebay to check out "wireless routers". I got at least five thousand different entries for the wireless router. I plowed my way through these entries. I learned if you got a router you had to buy the same brand of router cards (or whatever they call those things you plug into your computer to pick up the signal of the router). Anyhow, I learned that with some routers you didn't need these cards, and the Belkin G Plus is one of them. All I did with the set up was attach my modem and main computer to the Belkin wireless router and I could use my laptop to pick up the internet as long as the laptop had an internet card. With these Belkin G Plus's you can easily switch from two computers picking up the signal to four computers picking up the signal with the flick of a switch. Easy set up. I have had mine for over 3 years and it runs just as good as it did the day I bought it.
