Behind the Counter Blog Reviews

I really havent paid much attention to the employees in walmart until the last few weeks. Sheesh i dont know how long this has been going on but good lord. The only reason these people have their jobs is because people like me shop there. I really shouldnt be made to feel like im imposing on them. I thought they were there to help us. When I had to travel to Florida, I found myself in a new to me Walmart.  I was trying to pick-up a lot of different things & the store layout was different than what I was used to.   I was very fortunate to have a clerk ask if I needed help.  She went above the ususal service and helped me find all the things on my list.  Couldn't have had better… read full review »

Walmart has always had good prices if you can deal with the crowds, horrible customer service and long lines, they are sending out surveys now and if we complain enough, maybe they will get better.
