Behind the Counter Blog Review

The writer of this blog is creative and funny while perhaps just a bit jaded towards the teeming masses who shop at Wal-Mart.  There are English non-speakers, hippies, junkies, families and the just plain nutty all returning merchandise or trying to scam Wal-Mart out of a few bucks.

The writer works in Florida, which like Arizona is a major retirement state and retired people do have a lot of time on their hands.   

I can understand why the writer might feel frustration considering the entitlement issues so many people at the service counter exhibit.

I am grateful my work with the elderly is in a non-retail setting.
