I just had to return a DVD because I received 2 of the same one for my birthday... The people there were really helpful! I found this strange thou... I was returning "Spiderman 3" to get "Spiderman 2"... Even my mom laughted about this. There were 8 rows of "Spiderman 3" and 6 rows of "Spiderman 1" but you got it no, not a one " Spiderman 2"... they did not even have the box sets in yet... But they sales person was really helpful to inform me that the box sets should come in next week... He was not sure when just the single DVD would be coming in... Walmart has always had good prices if you can deal with the crowds, horrible customer service and long lines, they are sending out surveys now and if we complain enough, maybe they will get better. There are also those little questions on the debit/credit card machines. Don't just complain about poor service, do something about… read full review »
