Bedtime Stories Review

*NO SPOILERS* 

 Bedtime Stories is a movie that the whole family can enjoy.  The movie is very imaginative and provides for a fun time.  Adam Sandler is goofy as always and gives a good performance.  Keri Russell is adorable and really does a good job.  There is something for everyone in this film. 

There were a few drawbacks to the movie, but nothing too bad.  For one, Courtney Cox was definitely a miscast because her character was not funny.  To me, this is a waste of talent because Cox is good at comedy.  The only other thing I wish they would have done was to have been just a little bit more creative with the stories.  In doing so, I think they could easily pull off a sequel.  They could still do it now, but they would really need to do more with the stories.  Regardless, I think we might see a Bedtime Stories 2 in the near future. 

Overall, Bedtime stories is definitely worth checking out, especially if you have kids.  If you don't, you will still find it enjoyable.  I wouldn't say it's as good as The Chronicles of Narnia, but it's still a lighthearted film for the whole family.
