Bedinabox.com Memory Foam Mattress Review

This is a big thank you. I got the queen-sized PacDown mattress and it is fabulous! I'm one of those folks who needed some time to adjust to my new sleeping situation because my old mattress was so bad I had to get used to sleeping well again! It took me about a week to settle in and sleep comfortably through the night but now every night is a good night.

I had done a lot of research before deciding to buy from you. Here are the 4 things that sealed the deal for me:

1. The price was excellent. It wasn't the biggest factor in my decision but why spend more when you don't have to?

2. The fact that BASF is involved. This is a company that has been around for a while and has a good reputation. And the product is all it is advertised to be.

3. Your question and answer page was very complete and the most objective one I was able to find in all my research.

4. I was particularly impressed with your honest and detailed explanation of the return process (which most other companies gloss over). This kind of honesty in advertising is refreshing to say the least as it was what finally convinced me to do business with you.

I have not been sorry. The unpacking and set up were as uncomplicated and manageable as described. I have been most pleased with all aspects of my transaction and with my purchase. Thank you once again for providing a most excellent product at a very competitive price.
