I sleep on a loft bed in a tiny apartment in NYC, and had been using a futon for many years. When it became lumpy & lame, I decided to get a memory foam mattress, but was unable to afford a TempurPedic -- so I went online to look for alternatives and was so pleased to stumble upon the BedInaBox website...
I was definitely a bit uncertain about purchasing a mattress without trying it first, but the very thorough information on the website -- as well as the satisfaction guarantee -- was reassuring. Even more impressive was the excellent customer service -- when I called with a question, I spoke to a real friendly human being, which is always a good sign.
I ordered the mattress & it arrived 2 days later, as promised, and it was just as comfortable as I hoped!
Since then, I have received a very friendly email from the company to check & see if I liked the bed -- and they even sent me a hand-signed holiday card! Ain't that nice?
Overall, I highly recommend this product!
