i never would've purchased a mattress online, except i was convinced by bed in a box's seemingly generous return policy to take the risk. after receiving the mattress, i just wasn't happy with it. i didn't find it comfortable to sleep on. i decided to return it, but was given a lot of resistance when i called for my return number. i was asked to explain why i was returning the mattress, and that if the mattress was not defective i shouldn't expect to be able to return it for a refund. the return policy states "simply return the mattress and receive a 100% no-questions-asked refund." so, why was i being asked to explain why i was returning it??! now i am wondering if, after going through the trouble of packing this thing up and shipping it back, i'll ever actually get my money refunded.
these people are dishonest, don't trust them!
