I have to admit, I was looking for a bargain when I discovered Bedinabox.com online but I never expected to get such a great mattress for such a low price. In this day and age, the value is so important and much appreciated. I never expected to be able to afford a memory foam mattress, and I was pretty skeptical, but after reading the reviews I decided I would take a chance: besides, I read the refund policy and knew I could return the mattress if I wasn't totally satisfied. I am so glad I did: my entire experience has been nothing but positive, and I would recommend this bed to anyone.
Not only was the shipping fast, the bed was super easy to set up, I just rolled the box upstairs, removed the packaging and POUF .. it sprang to life: I put the covers on and I was ready to relax. And I do mean relax .. I love the fact that it comes with a waterproof topper I can wash: I suffer from allergies, and knowing my mattress isn't harboring dust mites et cetera has really put my mind at ease.
Another thing that impressed me was the customer service. The people at Bedinabox are so helpful and they even emailed me to follow up and make sure I was happy with my puchase! What other company does that?
The down cover is a really nice bonus. In Northern California we can have some cold nights even in summer and this mattress so far has been "just right" every night.
