Sometimes in life things don't go right in spite of the best of plans.  Most of the time you find out what you bought after you get it and not before.

I purchased a bed after a great deal of research and "pressure" from local sales people.  I wanted a good night's sleep.  After all the reading, listening, and ignoring! I finally decided to purchase the bed in a box.  The order process is smooth and easy. 

Somehow my single order became two.  When tracking my order the next day I noticed that I had been sent not one but two beds.  I was only charged for one.  I called the phone number on the website.  It was later in the evening and I expected a message telling me they would be open the next day.  To my surprise the phone was answered and I explained the reason for the call.  I was told that they had already figured that out and they had  asked the shipper to turn one of the packages around and make sure mine was on schedule.

I checked again the next day and of course the shipper had returned both packages.  I called again.  I was pleasantly surprised when it was explained to me that they would look into it and actually had notes from my previous call.  I didn't have to re-explain.  In today's world of we couldn't care less customer service I literally found it mind boggling that I didn't have to start over.

Anyway, I was told they would check into it and call me right back.  Wonder of wonders they called me right back.  It was confirmed that the shipper had made an error and they immediately sent out another bed that arrived on time.

The mattress is everything advertised.  I really get a good night's sleep and the one that I tossed this one for was old and needed replacing but I remember it being much more expensive and a top of the line model.  It was never this comfortable. 

An American company, that proved they know what customer service is and manufacture's a product that is a stand out winner.  I will be a customer for life and have been and will continue to tell anyone I know about your company and product.
