Bed Buddy Sinus Pack Review

I purchased the Bed Buddy Sinus Pack at Bed, Bath & Beyond for a low price of $ 9.99.  I feel in love with the design, as it is made of a soft cotton material.  There is a strap attached to it that can adjust with with a velcro strap for different head sizes.  This is great because it can fit a child's head, as well as an adult head, and will take just seconds to adjust the fit.

The Bed Buddy Sinus Pack can be used cold or hot.  For cold use, just pop it in a plastic back and toss it in the freezer.  Let it sit overnite, and you can use it the next day.  When you place it on your face, it's cold and soft and feels so good.  You'll instantly start to feel relief of sinus pain and/or pressure, or swollen eyes.  I also use it when I just want to feel refreshed.

For hot use, microwave for 45 seconds.  You can microwave it longer if you want it a little hotter, but don't exceed 1 1/2 minutes.  DO NOT USE THE BED BUDDY SINUS PACK HOT FOR THE EYE AREA! 

The only CON I can think of for the Bed Buddy Sinus Pack, is that it can't be washed.  You can wipe it off with a damp cloth, but there is really no way to get it "clean".

The Bed Buddy Sinus pack claims to stay hot or cold for a full hour.  I don't think it stays hot for a full hour though, and will frequently have to re-zap it in the microwave.  I DO think it stays cold for close to an hour though, and since that is the main reason I use this product, I am satisfied with it.

Bottom Line - I recommend this inexpensive produce for other people that suffer with sinus pain & pressure, or just swollen eyes due to allergies or other reasons.  It feels very good when you use it, and is comfortable to sleep with too.
